Everything between the slab and the finish schedule
Each scope below is performed by Deep Sea crews — no broker layers, no coordination gaps between trades that should have been one contract.
Metal Stud Framing
Interior partitions, furring, soffits, headers, and in-wall blocking — laid out from the construction set and framed straight, plumb, and ready for inspection.
Drywall & Finish
Gypsum board hung, taped, bedded, and finished to Level 4 or Level 5 — including rated assemblies and patch-and-repair ahead of repaint.
Commercial Painting
Prime and finish systems per the room finish schedule — walls, ceilings, doors and HM frames, exposed structure blackout and whiteout, and misc. metal. Scope items other bidders miss get flagged in our proposal, not in a change order.
Wallcoverings & FRP
Type II vinyl wallcovering and FRP wainscot systems, installed per manufacturer requirements and coordinated with the paint scope.
Stains & Specialty Finishes
Stain-grade trim and feature elements finished to the approved sample, with architect mock-ups where the spec calls for them.
The combined bid is the whole point
When framing, drywall, paint, and wallcovering ride one contract, the seams between trades disappear: one mobilization, one superintendent conversation, one schedule commitment, and no finger-pointing when the finish schedule gets tight.
Every Deep Sea proposal prices the invited trade as its base bid and offers the adjacent scopes as voluntary alternates — so the GC can see exactly what the single-source package saves before buyout.
